How we use it

We use your information to: provide the home search and saved-search alerts you request; connect you, at your request, with a licensed real estate agent and/or mortgage professional; send you relevant updates about low-rate homes; and operate, secure, and improve our service.

Sharing

When you ask to be matched or submit an inquiry about a home, we share your contact details and inquiry with the licensed agent and/or mortgage professional assigned to that area so they can follow up. We use service providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payment processing) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and of texts by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Your choices

You may access, update, or delete your account information, and request that we delete your data, by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sharing” — contact us to exercise them.
